Ever since she was a kid, Sophie has been a true sweet tooth, especially loving Petits Oursons Guimauve - Marshmallow Bears.
Fast forward a few years, an adult Sophie crafted her very own Marshmallow Bear recipe along with other sweet experiments for her friends and family occasions, blending old-fashioned charm with personalised packaging. Her friends went wild for them, and in 2007, Sophie and her husband opened a cozy confectionery workshop that they called simply “Sophie M”. Here, they lovingly create iconic sweets form the past in an artisanal manner. Sophie's treats earned niche following with a particular adoration for her packaging. Every year, Sophie rolls out exclusive, limited-edition collections of her beloved Marshmallow Bears, which are snapped by many top stores like Colette, La Grande Epicerie, Printemps, and others.
