Nougat Blackcurrent & Raspberry: sugar, glucose syrup, almonds, dried blackcurrant infused with apple juice 9% (blackcurrant 53%, apple juice concentrate, lemon juice concentrate, sunflower oil), French flower honey, sweetened dried cranberries 6% ( cranberries 54%, sugar, sunflower oil), raspberry puree 3%, powdered egg white, unleavened bread (potato starch, water, sunflower oil)
Nougat Calisson: white nougat 75% (sugar, glucose syrup, almonds, honey , egg white, unleavened bread (potato starch, water, sunflower oil), natural vanilla flavour, calisson paste 25% (candied melons (melons, glucose -fructose syrup, sugar), almonds, sugar, candied fruits (orange and lemon peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, egg white natural flavours , unleavened bread (potato starch, sunflower oil)).
Nougat Orange & Lemon pills: sugar, glucose syrup, almonds 15%, honey 12%, candied fruit 13% (orange and lemon peel (56%), glucose fructose syrup, sugar), egg white, unleavened bread (starch potato, water, sunflower oil).
