Domaine de Leos' multi-award-winning extra virgin olive oil is a rare treasure, crafted from Provençal olives harvested and pressed the same day to preserve maximum freshness and aroma. With over 15 medals to its name, this oil is known for its green fruitiness, refined bitterness, and notes of artichoke and hazelnut.
Tasting notes: Green and aromatic, with vibrant bitterness and a lingering finish. Best enjoyed raw: drizzle over fish, vegetables, fresh bread, or seasonal salads.
🌿 Wild Thyme Confit (220g)
Hand-harvested wild thyme from the estate's HVE3-certified plateau without fertilisers or pesticides is slowly cooked in a cauldron for this bold and deeply aromatic confit. Made in collaboration with La Roumanière, a social impact inclusive workshop near the estate, this confit balances craft with purpose.
Tasting notes: Herbaceous, subtly sweet, and wildly aromatic. Treat it as herbs of Provence in a shape of a jam. Pair with goat cheese, lamb, roasted vegetable; mix into vinaigrettes or coat your meats before roasting them for a touch of Provençal charm.
