  • 1 x Black Olivade 90g: Black olives, eggplant, extra virgin olive oil, onions, capers, thyme, pepper.

  • 1 x “Ferrigno” sardines 170g, one of these three flavours:

    • Sardines with ratatouille: Sardines (Sardina pilchardus) 60%, ratatouille 40% (water, tomato paste, onions, peppers, eggplants, zucchini, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, modified corn starch, spices and herbs, salt).

      Or

    • “Ferrigno” sardines with pissaladière: Sardines (Sardina pilchardus) 60%, pissaladière 26% (onions, extra virgin olive oil, water, black olives, anchovy paste, garlic, sugar, spices and aromatic plants), extra virgin olive oil, salt.

      Or 

    • “Ferrigno” sardines with candied lemon: Sardines (Sardina pilchardus) 60%, sunflower oil, onions, green olives, candied lemon 4%, salt, spices and aromatic plant

  • 1 x Wild Thyme Confit from “Domaine de Leos” 323g: Water, white cane sugar, concentrated lemon juice, fruit pectin, thyme (0.7%). Prepared with 0.7g of thyme for 100g of confit). Total content of sugar after cooking 63g for 100g of confit.

  • 1 x Berlingot, Traditional Provence Candy 100g: Sugar, glucose syrup, natural flavours, acidifier: citric acid, colouring foodstuff (spirulina concentrate, safflower, carrot, sweet potato, radish)

  • 1 x BCR Vinaigette 40ml: Rapeseed oil, corn oil, olive oil, sherry vinegar, water, strong Dijon mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt), cider vinegar, salt, walnut oil, lemon juice, sauce soy (water, soy bean, sea salt, alcohol (sulphites) koji), sugar, ground black pepper, thickener: xanthan gum
